Noble Poker wont return deposit

Since Noble Poker got new managent recently I haven't been able to play or withdraw my deposit. They ask me to send ID. Surely I should not send them my bank statement, driver's licence etc.
Are they still legit ? or have I lost my deposit ?
HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
